At Keychron Polska, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium mechanical keyboard experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all cables, keycap pullers, and accessories to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our Warsaw distribution center using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
